Bloom Time: Mid-Late Spring to Early Summer
Dormancy & Planting Time: Bearded Iris will experience adequate winter temperatures here in Texas, and should be planted Late Summer to Autumn with the rainy season to water them in and help establish their roots. Depth & Spacing: Plant so that the green foliage on the top of the rhizome is exposed above ground. The top of the bulbous portion of the rhizome should be just barley visible above the soil. Space about 10-14" apart.
