Blue Grama is a native ornamental grass. The foliage is around 4 inches tall, while the seed heads can reach up to 2 feet. The lateral yellow blooms make a beautiful composition in the summer garden. They glow in the right sunlight and stay on the plant well into fall, making great dried flowers. Cut back in late winter.
